Transactions Page Overview

The Transactions page gives you a complete view of your spending activity. You can filter, sort, and customize how transaction data is displayed, save views for repeated use, share views with teammates, download exports, and review key spend metrics.

Updated this week

Advanced Filters

Filters on the Transactions page now support more data points, giving you more ways to narrow down your transactions by what matters to you.

Filters can also be saved as part of a view so you don't have to reapply them each time (see Saved Views below).

To apply a filter:

  1. Click the filter button at the top of the transactions table.

  2. Select a filter category and set your criteria.

  3. Add additional filters as needed. Multiple filters can be active at the same time.

Column Ordering and Sorting

You can customize which columns appear in the transactions table and the order they display in.

To reorder columns, click the Customise Table button and add, remove, or drag columns into your preferred position.

To sort by a column, click the column header. Click again to reverse the sort order.

Your column configuration can be saved as part of a view (see Saved Views below).

Saved Views

Saved views let you store a specific combination of filters and column settings so you can return to them without reconfiguring each time. Views can also be shared with other members of your team.

To save a view:

  1. Apply your preferred filters and arrange your columns.

  2. Click Save view.

  3. Give the view a name, choose if you want to include filters and columns, and confirm.

To switch between saved views, open the views menu and select the one you want. The table will update immediately to reflect that view's filters and column configuration.

To share a saved view:

  1. Open the views dropdown.

  2. Click the link icon next to the view you want to share.

  3. A link will be copied to your clipboard. Send it to your teammate.

When a teammate opens the link, they will see the Transactions page with the same filters and column configuration applied, which they can then save as a view for themselves.

To delete a saved view, open the views menu, find the view, and click the delete icon.

Downloading Your View

You can export the transactions table as a file at any time. The download reflects exactly what is currently on screen: the columns you have selected, in the order they appear, with your active filters applied.

To download:

  1. Set up your filters and columns as needed.

  2. Click the Download button.

  3. The file will download to your device.

Insights Panel

The Insights panel displays a summary of key metrics based on your current view. It updates automatically as you apply or change filters, so the figures always reflect the transactions you are looking at.

Available metrics include:

  • Total spend

  • Transactions with a receipt attached

  • Transactions meeting requirements

  • Transactions requiring approval

  • Quantity purchased

  • Average price per unit

  • Top vendors by spend

  • Top spenders

The Insights panel is displayed alongside the transactions table. If you cannot see it, check whether it has been collapsed using the toggle to the left of the search bar.
