If you are paid via Corpay One, you have the option of signing up for Corpay One's Direct Pay program.

Direct Pay is open to all vendors in the Corpay One network who have the ability to process a credit card payment. If you do not have the ability to process a credit card payment, but would like to get paid via Direct Pay,

Whereas check and ACH payments take multiple days to process, Direct Pay is almost instantaneous. It offers a huge advantage to vendors who are looking to be paid instantly, without having to cash a check or run to their mailbox.

Here's how it works:

  1. You must opt in to Direct Pay. You can do this by letting our support team (support@corpayone.com) know.

  2. Most importantly, the email you provide when opting in to Direct Pay needs to be your Accounts Receivable email. This is an essential component of Direct Pay.

  3. Once you opt in to Direct Pay, that will become the default payment source your client will pay you with.

  4. You will begin receiving Direct Pay payments via email containing a Virtual Credit Card (VCC) for the exact amount you are owed. Standard credit card processing fees apply.

An important note regarding credit card payments:
Direct Pay is open to all vendors in the Corpay One network who have the ability to process a credit card payment with a payment terminal. If you do not have the ability to process a credit card payment, but would like to get paid via Direct Pay, Corpay One's preferred credit card processing provider is Square.

PS: Corpay One doesn't charge any fees for Direct Pay, however standard credit card fees from Mastercard may apply.
