Where do I find the verification form?
The verification form can be found under Settings → Account Verification.
Select the form called “FX Verification Form.”
Can I save my entries along the way?
Yes - you can save a draft of the form as you go.
Be aware that any uploaded documents are not saved in the form and must be re‑uploaded if you continue later from a draft.
You save an in‑progress form by clicking “Save Draft,” located in the bottom left corner of each step of the verification.
You can always return to your partially completed form by selecting “FX Verification Form.”
An “Incomplete” status next to the form shows that you have a saved draft.
What information does the form require?
The form consists of five steps, each requiring information about the company, its directors, and authorized signatories:
Company Information
– such as Company Registration Number (e.g., CVR), address, business name, etc.
Business Details
– such as company type, currencies, expected payment volume, etc.
Director Details
– including the director’s name, title, and occupation.
Ownership Information
– information about owners and authorized signatories.
– You will need to upload copies of each owner’s ID and proof of address.
– It’s a good idea to have these documents ready before starting.
Final Authorization
– details of the person completing the form, plus acceptance of terms and conditions.
How long does verification approval take?
Once you have submitted the completed verification form, it usually takes 3-4 weeks. Please note that additional documents and information might be needed after uploading the completed verification form.
You can check the status of your verification request from the form status screen.
Why do I need to be verified?
As a Corpay One customer handling payments, you must complete KYC verification (Know Your Customer) to comply with EU anti‑money‑laundering (AML) regulations.
Verification also helps protect you against fraud and ensures that the platform processes transactions only for legitimate users.
