Connect Corpay One and Viewpoint Vista

We've partnered with Viewpoint Vista to offer customers an easy way to sync their Corpay One data with the rest of their financial records.

What does the Viewpoint Vista integration do?

Corpay One's integration with Viewpoint Vista automatically syncs data between Corpay One and Viewpoint Vista.

  1. Corpay One reads and imports vendor records and custom lists from Viewpoint Vista

  2. Corpay One pushes information about card transactions and bills to Viewpoint Vista

What data can I sync between Corpay One and Viewpoint Vista?

How do I connect Corpay One and Viewpoint Vista?

The Corpay One team is required to set up the Vista integration. Please schedule time with our team by contacting our team at support@corpayone.com.

Once the set up time is confirmed the following steps can be completed, prior to the scheduled time:

  1. Corpay One Product Team invites you to the Trimble App Xchange Platform (https://app.xchange.trimble.com/)

During the scheduled time the Corpay One team will walk you through the following steps:

  1. Set up the Trimble App Xchange "Workspace"

    • Click the "Integrations" button on the left nav

    • Click "Add Workspace" button in the top right and complete the wizard

    • Enter the Workspace by clicking on the name and click the "Integrations" button on the left side

    • Vista entry will say "Agent Required" and Corpay One entry will say "Connection Needed"

  2. Connect Trimble App Xchange to Viewpoint Vista

  3. Connect App Xchange to Corpay One

    • Click the "Add Connection" link

    • Enter a Name

    • Click the field for Oauth Client and click "Add New Client" from dropdown

    • Fill in the details in the additional fields with values we will give you during our set up call

    • Once this is done, the "Connection Needed" notice will disappear and a "Connected" item will show

  4. Enable App Xchange Integration in Corpay One

    • Settings > Integrations > App Xchange > Connect

    • Grant permission for the Trimble connector

    • Choose the correct Corpay One team to connect with Vista

    • Click Verify Data Imports (that this may take a few moments to initialize)

      Continue to follow the steps to configure the integration including:

    • Account Setup - Default Category, Payment Account, Payment Method Mapping

    • Toggle on the Import Open Invoices feature to bring in Open Invoices for the last 60 days.

    • Choose the following sync options

      • Turn Sync Before Approval ON if bills should sync to Vista before they are approved. (OFF means an approval is required prior to bills syncing to Vista)

      • Turn on Sync Card transactions and configure the correct Liability Account to sync the transactions to. You can sync to an existing account or have Corpay One create a new account.

  • How often does information sync?

    • The connection runs every 15 minutes.

    • To keep the batches area clean and reduce the number of batches in Vista, new information entered in Corpay One will be synced at the end of each calendar day.

    • These can be found in the AP Payment History

  • Where do I find card transactions from Corpay One in Viewpoint Vista?

    • These can be found in the AP Transaction entry
