How to connect Corpay One with your telematics platform

Here we'll give you an introduction to the steps necessary to connect Corpay One with your company's telematics provider.

Before You Start

Have your Corpay Account Code and Customer/Fleet ID ready. You may also need your telematics provider login details, depending on your setup.

Connect Your Provider

  1. First navigate Settings -> Integrations -> Telematics in the left-side menu. You'll now find yourself on the telematics integration page where you will see all supported providers.

  2. Find and click on your provider. Click on the 'Authorize with Docusign' or 'Go to Provider Site' button (depending on your provider).

  3. Follow the steps listed on your providers site (Fleetio, Geotab, Samsara, Verizon) or fill out the form via Docusign (all others).

Important

Make sure you enter your Corpay Account Code and Customer ID in the correct fields. Mixing them up can delay your integration and may require resubmission.
