Note: In March, 2021, Roger officially changed its name to Corpay One. Our features and functionality have not changed. To learn more and understand the change, read more.
Given the multitude of important accounting tasks happening in your Roger account each day, it's invaluable to be able to see who is taking which actions, and when. It's also useful to have a quick snapshot of notifications and latest Roger updates. Here's an overview of these supplementary features that Roger offers with every plan.
Note: You can view the Audit Trail, Notifications and Roger Updates having any coworker role in Roger, however only administrators and owners have visibility into the actions of all coworkers under the Roger account.
The Audit Trail gives you visibility into all actions your coworkers have been performing in your Roger account in real-time. The activities are listed in chronological order. This is valuable for your own internal management and activity-trail, as well as compliance-related inquiries.
Simply click the small bell icon at the bottom of the left-side menu, and the Audit Trail will pop out on the right-side of the page.
When clicking the same bell icon on the bottom left-side menu, you'll notice a second tab in the Activity pop-out: Notifications. This will give you a summary of every time a coworker has @-mentioned you in the communication thread on an expense on your Roger Roger account. Clicking a notification will take you straight to the expense where you were @-mentioned.
The Notifications tray will be cleaned every time you close it, so remember to take note of everything in there.
FYI: If you're not online when a coworker @-mentions you, you will be notified by email (if you have the email notification for @-mentions enabled under your notification settings).
Lastly, we've included an easy way to view what's new with Roger. This is where we'll notify you of new features or announcements - after all, we're always updating and improving our products to better meet the needs of customers!
Simply click on the square icon in the bottom left-corner to view the latest updates:
