Given the multitude of important accounting tasks happening in your Corpay One account each day, it's invaluable to be able to see who is taking which actions, and when. It's also useful to have a quick snapshot of notifications and latest Corpay One updates. Here's an overview of these supplementary features that Corpay One offers with every plan. 

Note: You can view the Audit Trail, Notifications and Corpay One Updates having any coworker role in Corpay One, however only administrators and owners have visibility into the actions of all coworkers under the Corpay One account.  

The Audit Trail gives you visibility into all actions your coworkers have been performing in your Corpay One account in real-time. The activities are listed in chronological order. This is valuable for your own internal management and activity-trail, as well as compliance-related inquiries. 

Simply click your name in the lower left corner, and then click Activity. The Audit Trail will then pop out on the right-side of the page:

When clicking your name and then clicking Activity, you'll notice a second tab in the Activity pop-out: Notifications. Here you'll find a summary of every time a coworker has @-mentioned you in the chat thread on a document on your Corpay One account. Clicking a notification will take you straight to the expense where you were @-mentioned:

FYI: If you're not online when a coworker @-mentions you, you will be notified by email (if you have the email notification for @-mentions enabled under your notification settings).

Lastly, we've included an easy way to view what's new with Corpay One. This is where we'll notify you of new features or announcements - after all, we're always updating and improving our products to better meet the needs of customers! 

Simply click on your name in the lower left corner, and then click Latest features to view the latest updates:
