You'll be able to order a new or replacement card from within the portal pretty quickly.

  1. Once you're logged in, select Card from the left-hand menu

  2. Select "Order Cards" from the Sub-Menu

    From here you'll be able to choose all of the details for this card & have a preview of the plastic you'll receive in the mail.

  3. Card Assignment:

    1. Select a Coworker that will be assigned to this card. If the coworker you're looking for isn't on this list, choose "Invite New Member"

  4. Cardholder Name:

    1. This is the name that will be printed on the card. Please do not include any numbers in these fields as that will cause an error with the order.

  5. Card Controls:

    1. All cards are preset to "Open to All". This will allow you to transact anywhere MasterCard is accepted. Choose the right control group for your cardholder. Below each Control group is a quick description.

  6. Spend Limits: Set the card amount for this card and how often it will reset. For example, should this cardholder have $2000/week? If so your amount field would be 2000. The Reset Frequency would be weekly.

  7. Card Delivery Address: This will show the address on your account currently.

    We are not able to make any address changes within the 1st 90 days of the account. However, if you need to update your address after 90 days, please reach out to Support before ordering.

  8. Shipping Method - Select your method. Please note that the delivery time starts once the card order is processed and that process can take up to 48 hours.

  9. Select Order Card - Your Order is now complete!
