Review All Cards Transaction History
From the Card Menu on the left of your screen > Click on Transactions.
Initially, you'll be shown a transaction list for all cards that are on the account for the lifetime of the account.
Using the search menu, you can search by the vendor's name
Using the filters to the right of the search menu, you can drill down by date range, select a specific card holder, transaction amount, and receipt attachment criteria.
You can also sort by transaction date and export the transaction list if needed.
View a Specific Card Transaction History
Select Cards from the main menu > Manage Cards from the sub-menu.
From there, choose the cardholder whose transactions you'd like to view. This will take you to the card profile for that specific cardholder. On the right, you'll see their recently posted transactions and have the option to "View All Transactions".
Understanding Declines
From your transaction history, you will also see recent declines. Once you select the declined transaction, you will see the transaction details in full. This will include a reason for the decline and a suggested resolution. If further assistance is needed, feel free to contact Support via chat.
