How to Setup Corpay One Integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central via the Microsoft App Store

Corpay One integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Business Dynamics 365 Central, providing a streamlined, efficient, and powerful solution to manage your business expenses and payments. In this guide, we will walk you through the steps required to set up this integration through the Microsoft App Source Store.

Step 1: Access Microsoft AppSource Store

  • Open your web browser and navigate to the Microsoft AppSource Store at https://appsource.microsoft.com.

  • Use the search bar at the top of the page and type in 'Corpay One Integrations'

  • Click on the Corpay One app from the search results.

Step 2: Install Corpay One

  • On the Corpay One App page, click on the 'Get it now' button.

  • You'll be prompted to sign in with your Microsoft account. Please sign in with the account that has administrative access to your Business Central.

  • After signing in, click the 'Continue' button to proceed with the installation.

Step 3: Configure Corpay One

  • Once Corpay One is installed in Business Central, open your Corpay One platform.

  • Press settings in the left pane of the interface and go to the Integrations” tab. Select “Configure” Integration.

  • Follow the instructions on the pop up window to complete the installation and integration setup.

  • Corpay One will then automatically sync with Business Central; this may take a couple of minutes.

Once the synchronization is complete, your Business Central and Corpay One are now connected, and you can begin managing your expenses and payments via Corpay One.

Congratulations! You have successfully integrated Corpay One with your Microsoft Business Central ERP. You are now ready to streamline and automate your business expense management and payment processes.
