Step 2: Assign Unique PINs
It’s time to assign PINs. You have two options:
User-Specific PINs: Assign each PIN to a specific team member responsible for fuel transactions. This personalizes the PIN to the user, adding an extra layer of accountability for users within Corpay One
No user PINS: These PINS are not assigned to a user within Corpay One, but are given a name still. This means you don’t have to add the user to your Corpay One team, but may compromise some downstream reporting.
Step 3: Educate Your Team
