Helpful Tips

Here are a few helpful tips when viewing reports in ReportQ.

  1. Naming Conventions. It is important to note that there may be some differences in the naming conventions between Corpay One and Comdata, as follows:

Account Code. This is the Account Number found on your statement.

Customer ID. This is your Sub Account in Corpay One.

Corporate Code. Corpay One does not support Corporate Codes at this time.

  2. Load Time. Depending on your selected report criteria and the amount of data that is being returned, you may need to allow several minutes for your report to generate. If your report size is too large, you may need to narrow your report criteria, such as selecting a shorter date range, in order to generate the report.

  3. Getting Help. You can find answers to many of your questions in our Knowledge Center. However, if at any time you get stuck or need assistance retrieving a report, please reach out via in-app chat or call the number on the back of your card, and one of our support team members would be happy to help.
