Here are the desktop setup instructions -
There are 2 options to setup 2FA – Mobile/SMS Code or a 2FA App
To Use a 2FA App –
You can download a 2FA App from the App Store (iOS) or the Play Store (Android). We suggest Google Authenticator or the Microsoft Authenticator.
Open the app on your phone & scan the QR code provided on screen OR manually enter the code provided.
Your 2FA app will generate a code – please enter it in the appropriate field on the website.
We suggest saving or printing a copy in case you need it later and don’t have access to your phone.
Click Enable 2FA - Setup is complete. You will be prompted to enter a 2FA code with each log in going forward.
To Use SMS Code/Mobile Setup -
Once the option for SMS Code is selected, you'll be prompted to enter your cell phone number.
2. A text message with a 6-digit code will be sent to the number provided. Please enter that code into the appropriate field on the site and select - Enable 2FA.
