What are the benefits of the new Corpay One Select cards?

Corpay One is pleased to announce the addition of two new fleet cards to our portfolio:

Corpay One Select Mixed Fleet Card – Designed for mixed fleets to save on diesel and unleaded fuel.

Corpay One Select Diesel Card – Designed for fleets looking for deep diesel rebates.

Corpay One Select cards include Corpay Maintenance, giving you access to an all-in-one digital maintenance management tool.

Why does my Corpay Select card have a Fuelman logo on it?

The Corpay Select card features the Fuelman pump logo in the lower right corner to indicate that the card is only accepted at Fuelman Network participating sites. If you need universal acceptance, reach out to your account manager to inquire about one of our Corpay Mastercard® products.

Does Corpay One have a mobile app?

Yes. Download the Corpay One mobile app on the Apple App Store or get it on Google Play.

How can I find sites in the Fuelman Network?

When you are ready to fuel, there are two ways to find Fuelman Network sites:

  1. Download the Corpay One mobile app and click on the Site Locator button

  2. Alternatively, you may navigate to https://cp.corpayone.com/sites/fuelman

Do Corpay One Select cards include a Maintenance Program?

Yes. Corpay One has partnered with Fuelman to offer Fuelman Maintenance to Corpay Select customers at no additional charge.

Fuelman Maintenance is a total fleet management solution that lets you manage your fleet maintenance and repairs in one place, saving you time and money. In-app reporting provides insights into how much you’re spending on maintenance. Plus, maintenance and repair services you approve will be billed directly to your Corpay account, so that all maintenance and fuel expenses are visible in one place.

How do I access Fuelman Maintenance from the Corpay One platform?

To ACTIVATE your Fuelman Maintenance account, you must FIRST login through the Corpay One app, by following these steps:

  1. Click Cards > Manage PINs on the left side navigation

  2. Click the link that says “Please Click Here” which will redirect to our card management site

  3. Click Add On Products > Driven Maintenance on the left side navigation

  4. You will be redirected to the Fuelman Maintenance site

NOTE: Currently, Fuelman Maintenance can only be accessed via redirect from our card management site, but a link will be added in the Corpay One platform in a future release.

How do I Order new Corpay Select cards?

Currently, Corpay Select cards can only be ordered via our card management site. To order a new Corpay One card, follow these steps:

  1. Click Cards on the left side navigation

  2. Click Order New Card

  3. Click Proceed on the pop-up to be redirected to our card management site

  4. Follow the steps to order a new card

How do I Manage or Edit Card Details for Corpay Select cards?

Currently, Corpay Select cards can only be managed via our card management system. Manage or edit your Corpay Select card by following these steps:

3) Click a card in the list, then click Edit Card

4) Click Proceed on the pop-up to be redirected to our card system

5) Click the Options ( ⋮ ) menu to view Card Details and make edits

Why do some of my transactions show as $0 in the transaction listing?

When viewing the transaction listing for Corpay Select accounts, you may notice that some of the transactions show a zero-dollar ($0) transactions for some locations. This is because some locations in our system are updated weekly based on Oil Pricing Index Service (OPIS) prices. Rest assured, the prices will be updated and reflect your discounted pricing. We are currently working to establish a real-time connection to pull these $0 transaction amounts faster.

Why does my invoice have Fuelman branding instead of Corpay branding?

Corpay One has partnered with Fuelman to deliver deep discounts to Corpay Select card holders. Currently, the invoices reflect Fuelman branding, but they will soon be updated with the Corpay logo. Rest assured, payments made will be routed to your Corpay Select card account.
