How do I import my chart of accounts?

Your chart of accounts is automatically* imported from your accounting system when you set up the integration between Corpay One and your ERP (you can set up the desired integration by navigating to Settings > Integrations).

You can see the imported chart of accounts by navigating to Settings > Lists > Categories where you can also select which categories/accounts can be selected for documents in Corpay One.

*In some integrations you must actively choose to import the chart of accounts as part of the integration setup. This is clearly described in the integration setup, though. We recommend that you only choose this the first time you set up the integration and not when you return to the setup to update the integration configuration, as this will overwrite your categorization in Corpay One.

How do I update my chart of accounts?

Your chart of accounts (your categories list) is automatically updated once an hour, so you don't have to do anything in Corpay One to update it. In practice, this means that when you delete, create or edit an account in your ERP, this will be reflected in your categories list in Corpay One within one hour.
