Note: In March, 2021, Roger officially changed its name to Corpay One. Our features and functionality have not changed. To learn more and understand the change, read more.
All communication between you and Corpay One is encrypted so nobody else can snatch your information. When you're on our website, you can see a small padlock symbol to the left of the address bar in your browser (and/or "https" written in the address bar next to the URL). This means that your connection to Corpay One is protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer), which is the industry standard for website encryption.
Corpay One runs on Amazon Web Services servers (AWS), which are FSC-approved. This means that Corpay One's server procedures are of the highest standard and in line with other online-based financial services. The servers are approved to use a number of financial programs, have an ISO 27001 certificate, and comply with all standards for SAS 70 Type II.
Data copies and auto backups
Corpay One's servers are set to secure all your data in multiple copies. If an error causes one server to stop, another server is ready to take over immediately without loss of data. Corpay One also makes automatic backups several times a day.
Two-factor authentication on your Corpay One account (2FA)
You can choose to setup 2FA, thereby preventing unauthorized access to your account. In practice, this means that you must use a randomly generated code in addition to your password to log in to your account. The code is generated by an app on your smartphone so that only you have access to it.

With Corpay One's Workflow, you can choose how many employees at the company account can approve a bill payment before it is completed. In this way, you can ensure that no bills can be paid without one or more trusted employees approving it.
