Corpay One is designed to analyze your documents, record your bills' specified due dates, and proceed to automatically pay them on time.

If you have submitted a bill on the actual due date, the payment will initiate it as soon as possible after a necessary grace period. During this period, which can last up to 4 hours, you can change the payment source or other payment details safely before payment begins. Please note a bill submitted to Corpay One on the same day will be paid just as quickly as if you had paid it by conventional means.

Once payment begins, the bill will first have the status Initiated. It will switch to Paid once Corpay One has received confirmation from your bank that the payment has been completed.

  • Because Corpay One is not (yet) able to travel in time, we cannot take responsibility for any consequences that arise for bills submitted after their original due dates. Corpay One will always make sure to pay your bills on their scheduled due dates if they have not yet passed, or as soon as possible if they have passed. But of course, we can't save you from potential collection fees in the case of a late submission. To avoid any risks, you can always opt to pay the bill in advance.
