Make a Payment

In this article, we'll provide a few options and tips to pay your statement/invoice.

View Your Statement

Click Home on the left navigation to view the main Dashboard. Locate the section that displays your current statement balance and click Manage.

Alternatively, you may also select Statements & Payments from the left navigation.

Click View next to your Current Statement or click the Statements tab to view more statements.

Make a Payment

Click the Schedule Payment button next to your current statement in the Credit Overview section.

Your Statement will display and you can select the option to make a Manual Payment or Setup Autopay.

If you need to pay a vendor, read more about how to make Vendor Payments.

NOTE: Only checking or savings accounts can be used as the payment source. We do not accept debit or credit card payments at this time. If the next payment date is on a weekend or a public holiday, the payment will occur on the first workday after.

Manual Payments

Manual Payment options enable you to make a one-time payment of your:

  • Remaining statement balance

  • Total account balance

  • Custom amount

Select or enter the Amount you would like to pay, select Payment Source, Next Payment Date and click the Schedule Payment button.

Review the Confirmation page with your selections and click Schedule Payment again to confirm.

NOTE: Only checking or savings accounts can be used as the payment source.

Setup Autopay

Autopay enables you to schedule recurring, automatic payment drafts to pay:

  • Remaining statement balance

  • Total account balance

Select the Amount you would like to pay, select Payment Source, Next Payment Date and click the Schedule Payment button.

Review the Confirmation page with your selections and click Schedule Payment again to confirm.

NOTE: Only checking or savings accounts can be used as the payment source.
