Overview
The Bill Pay Reporting feature empowers users to generate comprehensive reports, including AP Aging, AP Details, Bill Payments, Unpaid Bills, Vendor Balance, and Vendor Balance Details. This guide outlines the simple steps to effectively utilize this feature.
Prerequisites
Ensure you have the Admin or Account Owner role to access and use the Bill Pay Reporting feature.
Steps to Generate Reports
Navigate to the Reporting Menu:
Log in to your account.
Locate and click on the "Reporting" menu.
Select Bill Pay Reports:
Within the Reporting menu, find and select Bill Pay Reports.
Choose Your Report Type:
Select the report type dropdown. Choose the specific report type you need (e.g., AP Aging, Bill Payments, etc.).
Select the Dates:
Specify the date range for the report. This helps tailor the information based on your desired time frame.
Run the Report:
Click the "Run Report" button to initiate the report generation process. The system will begin compiling the requested data.
Download in CSV Format:
Once the report is ready, a download link will be provided. Click on it to download the report in CSV format.
Storage Limit:
You can store up to 100 reports at a time. Generating new reports beyond 100 will remove the oldest entry.
Additional Information:
Reports are stored for your convenience, allowing easy access to historical data. You can regularly review and download reports to stay organized and maintain data continuity.
