Synchronize Corpay Mastercard transactions to Business Central

Updated over 7 months ago

New Integration Set Up or Configure Existing Integration

To synchronize Corpay One Mastercard transactions with Business Central, proceed with the following setup steps:

  • Navigate to Settings > Integrations on the left-hand menu.

  • Click on the Business Central tile.

  • If this is your first time setting up the integration, click Connect. If the integration is already set up, click Configure.

  • For step-by-step instructions on setting up the integration, check out this article.

Pre-requisites:

  • Teams must be enrolled for Corpay One Mastercard.

  • Before initiating the integration, please ensure the General Journal and Liability Account, where transaction and payment records will synchronize, have been created in Business Central.

Configuration Steps:

  • During the integration process, you'll encounter a section titled "Corpay One Mastercard Syncing." Progress through the integration by clicking "Next" after completing each step.

  • The first step in integrating card transactions is to turn on the "Sync Corpay One Mastercard transactions" toggle. Once it's turned on, you'll see a series of setup options.

    • Choose your preferred General Journal for syncing credit card transactions and payments.

    • Select your preferred Liability Account, which will be mapped to the payment method selected during configuration.

  • The second step involves synchronizing historical transactions. Enable the "Sync historical transactions" toggle if desired. Since only a limited number of historical Corpay One Mastercard transactions can be synced to Business Central, use the Calendar to select how far back to sync the transactions, up to 3 months.

  • Once the credit card transaction sync setup is complete, click the Complete button to complete the integration setup.

Note:

When you change the sync setup options, please note that historical transactions previously synced to Business Central won't sync again. Any transaction modified before updating the sync setup will sync to the new Liability Account/General Journal in Business Central.
