Before you can start using Corpay One to handle your company's bill payments, you are required to verify your company. This includes identity verification for every coworker who wants to add a payment source. There are two types of verification: user verification and company verification.

  • User verification must be completed before you can add a payment source.

  • Company verification must be completed before you can start making payments.

User verification

To complete the user verification steps as either a company owner or administrator, navigate to My Profile > Verifications. Below is a summary of each step:

1. Mobile

When you click Verify, you'll be prompted to enter your mobile number, and a verification code will be sent to your phone instantaneously. As soon as you enter the code correctly, you'll be all set with this step.

2. Email verification

When you click Verify, an email will be sent the address you signed up with containing a link to verify your email. Click the link, and you'll be redirected to a page confirming that this step is complete.

3. Identity verification

Lastly, we've teamed up with ID verification experts at Onfido to walk you through an ultra-secure individual identification process. To complete this step, you'll just need a digital copy of some form of physical identification (i.e. passport, driver's license), as well as access to your computer's web cam. The whole process shouldn't take longer than a few minutes.

Company Verification

As the Corpay One account owner, you'll need to verify your company's legitimacy in addition to the individual identity verification steps above. For this process, there is only one step: verify your company's EIN

Navigate to Settings > Verifications, and click on the arrow icon next to Company EIN number. You will now be prompted to simply enter your company's legal name, as well as EIN number. It will appear as Pending until our system verifies the accuracy of this information (within a day or two).

Once the above steps are complete, your team will be able to take advantage of the Pay functionality and all of its capabilities: connecting your bank, setting up autopay, syncing payment records with your accounting software, and most importantly, ensuring on-time payments for all of your vendors.
