We've made it easy to link your bank account or payment card, so you can do so without ever leaving Corpay One's web app. All you need are the login credentials for your online banking account or your card information.

Note:

  • Before you're able to add a payment source, you'll need to complete your ID verification under My Profile > Verifications.

  • Our authentication partner, Plaid.com, enables us to securely link to your bank without the need to ever share your credentials with us.

  • When adding your bank account as a payment method, you must verify your bank account in Corpay One either instantly or manually. Each method is described in detail below.

Instant Bank Account Verification

Here's how to instantly verify your bank account using your online banking login credentials:

1. In the Corpay One web app, go to Bill Pay > Payment Sources, and click Add Payment Source on the top right side of the screen:

2. Click on Bank to continue:

3. You must now verify the bank account's authorized signer. Enter the full name and email address of that person, and click Verify to continue:

4. Following a short loading screen, a pop-up notifying you about our partnership with Plaid appears. Click Continue:

5. You must now select your bank account from the list, or use the search bar if you can't find it. Then click Continue:

6. Enter your online banking login credentials in the respective text fields, and click Submit to continue:

7. After a short loading sequence, you will now see a confirmation that your bank account has been linked to Corpay One. Click Continue to close the pop-up, or wait for it to disappear automatically:

That's it! Now your company's bank account has been connected with your Corpay One account. You can edit, remove or add payment sources from the Bill Pay > Payment Sources page at any time.

Manual Bank Verification

For advisors setting up Corpay One for clients, we understand you may not always have access to online banking login credentials. That's why we offer the option to add a client's bank account to Corpay One by verifying the bank account manually on a case-by-case basis. If you're interested in this option, please contact us at support@corpayone.com and we will see if manual bank verification makes sense for your account.

This process requires you to verify micro-deposit amounts to complete bank account setup. It takes a few extra days, but is just as secure as instant verification. Here's how it works:

1. In the Corpay One web app, go to Bill Pay > Payment Sources, and click Add Payment Source on the top right side of the screen:

2. You must now select your bank account from the list, or use the search bar if you can't find it. Then click Continue:

3. Click Link with account numbers at the bottom of the pop-up:

4. You will now see a description of the process of manual verification. Click Continue to go to the next step:

5. You must now enter the full name of the bank account owner. Then click Continue:

6. Next, select with bank account you would like to use. When you have selected an account, click Continue:

7. You must then define the bank account type. After you have made your choice, click Continue:

8. Enter the routing number of the bank account, and click Continue:

9. Then, enter the bank account's account number, and click Continue:

10. Confirm the account number an extra time, and click Continue again:

11. Next, you'll be notified that you'll receive two micro-deposits in your bank account that range between $0.01-$0.99. This will take 1-2 business days. Click Authorize to continue:

12. Once you can confirm the deposits, go to back to Bill Pay > Payment Sources, and click the Verify button located to the right of your bank account.

13. Enter the amount of the first deposit, and Continue:

14. Then enter the amount of the second deposit, and click Continue:

If you entered the correct amounts, you will now see a confirmation that your bank account has been linked to Corpay One. Click Continue to close the pop-up, or wait for it to disappear automatically:
